Cleistocactus colademononis is a wonderful trailing plant, commonly known as the Monkey Tail cactus. Native to Bolivia where it grows between rocks and cliffs, as it matures the stems become heavier, and begin to curl downwards and trail. These can grow to several feet and are 2-3 cm in diameter covered in white soft hair like spines. When kept in optimal conditions, this cactus produces large pink flowers all summer long.

HATES- Over-watering and very humid environments. Avoid misting.
