This unusual epiphytic cactus is a native to Southern Mexico and is belongs to a genus with only 21 species. They have large showy flowers (if they do flower), that often open only at night. Unlike other cacti, this variety doesn't like to dry out completely, It has the most beautiful and unique 'Fishbone' shaped leaves. These will begin to trail, rather than being upright and erect.
RATING: Easy to care for. Unlike other cacti, the Fishbone Cactus does not like to dry out completely.
LOVES: Disocactus anguliger enjoys a semi-sunny spot, with no direct sunlight. Regular watering is key in spring and summer.
HATES: Be careful not to over-water your Fishbone Cactus or re-pot it too frequently.
