PENSTEMON Garnet - 9cm pot

A classic and much-loved penstemon producing abundant, tubular wine-red flowers with a white throat on tall, graceful spikes from midsummer to the first frosts. Penstemon 'Garnet' (also known as 'Andenken an Friedrich Hahn') is one of the hardiest and most reliable penstemons available, forming bushy, semi-evergreen clumps. An excellent long-season border plant. Grow in full sun or partial shade in fertile, well-drained soil. Beloved by bees and hummingbirds.
