Pilea involucrata 'Moon valley' is a gorgeous plant from the plant family Urticaceae, a tropical version of a nettle. Native to Central and South America where it grows in the lower levels of the vast rainforests. The leaves are deeply crinkled and tactile-ranging from bright lime green to dark purple. Loves higher levels of humidity making it perfect for terrariums.

LOVES- Bright, indirect light. Pruning back to half its height in Spring. Water once or twice a week depending on the season keeping the soil moist but not soggy
HATES- Soggy soil. Dark locations. Low humidity.
