SCABIOSA japonica Blue Note - 9cm pot

A delightful and long-flowering dwarf pincushion flower bearing soft lavender-blue blooms from early summer right through to autumn. Scabiosa 'Blue Note' forms a low, neat mound of greyish-green ferny foliage and is virtually maintenance-free. An outstanding pollinator plant loved by bees and butterflies. Grow in full sun in well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil. Excellent as a cut flower, and ideal for borders, rock gardens and patio containers.
